Can I have 2 lower beds?

No you cannot, if you book 2 tickets in a 4X cabin.

we usually assign 1 lower and 1 upper bed to all bookings with 2 tickets in a 4X cabin to make it fair to all groups.

You can later on ask to swap with other passengers in your cabin. Thank you.
